This last year has made me aware of my Vietnam experience by having to work with the VA for different reasons.  It has been over 40 years now and I have never really revisited those sometimes terrifying memories.  My family and especially Mom have encouraged me to compile these letters and also my feelings looking back on what I had written into a book.  So I am making this series of hubs to begin this process and also hopefully receive some feedback from readers.
